Come to the “Great Machipongo Clam Shack” on Highway 13, Nassawadox, Virginia at 7pm on Thursday, May 13 to hear old and new songs from a group called Nautilus Road .
They are Thelma Jarvis Peterson from the Eastern Shore, Anne Moseley Springston from Truckee, California and Larry Miller from Davisburg, Michigan. This trio met and sang together in the Tidewater area during the early 1970’s.
They appeared at the Chrysler Museum, the old Surf Rider in Virginia Beach, the Cellar Door, the Folk Ghetto, and other venues. They have reunited for the 3rd consecutive year for another concert.
If you enjoy acoustic guitar, bluegrass banjo and close harmonies, you will want to see Nautilus Road for their 2010 reunion concert. Also, as an added attraction, Erika Peterson will be performing with Thelma and with Nautilus Road . Come and enjoy a uniquely diverse evening of acoustic music.
